The following qualify for full membership: anthropology teaching staff at ISCTE, anthropology graduate students at ISCTE. Associate members who are fully active within CEAS may apply for full membership.

Associate membership is open to the following:: teachers and researchers in disciplines related to anthropology, as well as graduates in anthropology in Portuguese or foreign institutions other than ISCTE, developing research in the discipline; finally, anyone who is performing research in anthropology or related areas, regardless of their first degree.

Student membership is available to all undergraduate students in anthropology at ISCTE.

All CEAS members may use the centre’s resources (library, video library) free of charge. Books and videos are available for loan by members, for up to one (for videos) or two (for books) weeks.
